Voice mail boxes – plenty and many. Up to 1,481 boxes or as few as 10.

No more deciding who gets voice mail and who doesn’t because there is plenty for everyone. In fact there are so many voice mail boxes available that not only can in-house people all get their own but so can anyone that doesn’t have an assigned phone. In fact you can give a voice mail box to groups of people, Question and Answer mailboxes that allow you to give surveys to clients and potential customers, informational mailboxes that are great for giving directions or announcing upcoming events, broadcast mailboxes and cascade notification mailboxes that will automatically go out and find the person you need which is great for service or emergency personnel.

VoIP – Voice over IP the way you need it.

Sometimes it makes sense to go all IP and sometimes you might only need a station or two. Unlike a lot of systems today that force you into a total IP solution ComKraft’s ESI phone allows you to utilize IP telephony to help your business. You can implement a complete IP solution or mix it up with digital and IP phones on the same system or just connect multiple ESI digital systems with a VoIP link. Better yet load up an IP softphone on a laptop and off you go or connect remote users with an ESI IP phone over the internet.

Extensions – Up to 816 physical extensions or as little as 6.

External notification – all calls, some calls or no calls. You make the call.

Most systems have a way of alerting you to calls left in your voicemail box but most users don’t us it because it’s so difficult to set up and change. The ComKraft ESI phone makes it so easy to set up external notification. Choose between all calls or only messages marked urgent and you can even set a quiet period when you don’t want to be disturbed – like maybe when you’re sleeping or not. To disable or terminate external notification can be done with one button, even when out of the office.

External call forwarding – this is the easiest and it really works.

Seriously, all you have to do is hit the call forward button, then 9 then the outside number you want your calls to go to. That’s it. Your cell phone, you home phone, another office or a customer. It doesn’t matter. No special codes or complicated instructions. You can also give the caller the option to either leave a message in your voice mail or press a button and be transferred to your cell phone. Your choice made easy.

Live Call Recording – Record everything, record anything.

Sure record a call for quality assurance purposes like everyone else. Why stop there. Go ahead record that conference call, internal call, the meeting in your office, a personnel reminder. Then send it off to another voice mail box or group of voice mail boxes. That funny sound your PC makes everytime the IT guy isn’t there. Record it and copy it to his voicemail. Problem solved. That’s what the ComKraft ESI phone does. Solves problems!

VIP – Visually Integrated Phone and yes you’re a very important person too.

So you want to work better. You want to work smarter. VIP allows you to integrate your ComKraft ESI phone with your Microsoft Outlook. Depending on the VIP application you choose you can send your voice mail to your email as a .wav file, use your computer for call handling, text messaging or use TAPI for outbound dialing, screen pops and more.

Presence Management – Access control, door boxes, automated time clock. Wow!

Need a little bit more control over your facility. By installing Presence Management into the ESI system you can take control at all levels of your business. Know who is coming and going at your exit/entrance locations with a simple door box. The caller pushes one button and it rings all phones designated to ring and with a push of a button on the phone can unlock the desired door. Assign card keys to employees and they can automatically enter and leave your facility while you are documenting who and when they are coming and going and even program the system to automatically change the greeting on their voicemail and activate their extension button on each phone showing their status like those old time in/out boards. You can even integrate this system into your payroll system using it as a time clock eliminating payroll errors and the need for physical time cards.

Shared office tenanting – Up to 8 individual and independent tenants

This is like having up to 8 separate systems inside one system. Each tenant can have it’s own auto-attendant, co line groups both inbound and outbound and separate operator positions for each attendant. Flexibility abounds.

ACD – (automatic call distribution). Built in, not an expensive add on.

This used to be reserved for those real big expensive systems that only one guy from your phone company could set up and service. Now you can set up an ACD group with only 1 extension or build a whole department easily. Supervise and get detailed call reporting showing statistics such as average time callers where on hold, which agent received the most calls and more. Best of all it’s built into the ESI communication servers standard. Not an add on.

Auto-Attendant – Six levels and 100 branches.

This is Jetsons stuff here. You can decide whether you want the attendant to answer all calls, be used as an overflow backup, at night or not at all. Be used manually only when you want it or go into action automatically at the times you program. Even allow callers to reach individual extensions, departments, find employees via a dial by name directory, reach remote offices or be transferred off-premise. Your office is closed due to 4 feet of snow and you can’t get to the office to change the greeting. No worries with the ComKraft ESI system. Change it from your house phone while you are still in bed. Oh and by the way this is the easiest auto-attendant that I have programmed in 30 years. I personally love it.

One touch gives you access to 4 on screen directories. Personal, System, Extensions and Remote locations. Again similar to your cell phone just punch in the first 3 letters of the person or business you want to call and up pops a name and number. Personal is assigned just to that extension. System is accessed by all users. Extensions gives you the name and extension of each active extension in the system. Remote locations gives all the remote offices connected via ESI-Link.
